CHristmas is fast approaching and it felt just a bit like yesterday since last year's christmas, but this year most of us here in our place aren't feeling the Christmas spirit since a flash flood hit Cagayan de Oro City and Iligan City w/c killed almost a thousand people including our friends' relatives in Cagayan de oro alone, the flood has affected our family's friends and some personal friends leaving them with wrecked homes and no access to drinking water since the flood damaged the main line for the water source, So my family decided to send water and sacks of rice to the affected victims come to think about it, I think that's what Christmas really is.

So after 3 weeks of vacation it's back to boring old reality, I can't believe time flies so fast when Im just starting to have fun here in Negros Occidental. Everything is great here -- well except for the uber hot temprature, Here I get to all the seafood I want at very cheap prices; a huge bucket of oysters for 200 pesos, stingrays and just about any sea dwelling creature... nuff about that I still haven't enrolled for the second sem and school just started, man I fell like NOT leaving this awesome place. Im gonna miss my relatives here in Negros when we go home.

2 weeks ago I celebrated my birthday and a week before that I bought myself a NIKON SPEEDLIGHT SB600 Flash sadly i didn't have much time to play with it because I was scheduled for chemotherapy (stupid cancer!!! Anyway, I will be going with my friends for a photoshoot and it will be a perfect time for me to take my new toy for a test

Ok so enough with the non-sense, it's summer already and it's getting really how good thing my head is bald so my head gets a cooler
no plans for vacation this year but next week we'll be headin' for butuan for my brother's National Pres Conference Competition which my brother will compete in the photojournalism contest, it's gonna be a nice road trip

No not to my deviantart account but to some of the artworks that I love in this account T_T, why? because my aunt will hold a fund-raising photo exhibit and some of my fave shots here in my account will be exhibited and sold for charity purposes, though it's a good thing that my art will be displayed in a different place and hoping some will be sold but removing them here in this gallery is another thing, feels kinda Bitter-sweet...

anyway aside from the sentiments Im greeting everyone HAPPY HOLIDAYS!!! Christmas is coming in about a week and I still haven't bought anything for mom and dad, I wonder what should I buy them??
